Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and is confirmed by the results of head CT or MRI examination; 2. First onset, disease course =3; 7. Both the patient and their family members have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have contraindications for rTMS such as pacemaker implantation, history of epilepsy, and progressive stroke; 2. Obvious cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; 3. Unstable clinical conditions, combined with severe cardiovascular diseases and pulmonary diseases, such as heart failure, angina pectoris, asthma attacks, acute phase of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc. 4. Severe joint inflammation of the lower extremities and concurrent other serious musculoskeletal system diseases; 5. Deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities; 6. Accompanied by severe pain; 7. Refuse to sign the informed consent form.
