Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults, thereof half female or male, age >=18 years and 18.5 kg/m^2 and <24 kg/m^2; 3. Without the history of diabetes (or impaired glucose tolerance), any metabolic diseases, digestive diseases, endocrine diseases, and mental disorders; 4. Without a history of allergy or intolerance to the ingredients in test product; 5. Subjects without nutrients supplementation to affect glucose tolerance within the last 3 months - and not received oral contraceptives, acetylsalicylic acid, steroids, protease inhibitors and antipsychotics; 6. Able to tolerate fasting condition for at least 10 hours; 7. Agreed to take part in the study and signed informed consent form (ICF).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of using hypoglycemic drugs or insulin to treat diabetes and related diseases; 2. Major medical treatment or surgery requiring hospitalization in the past 3 months; 3. With known blood system diseases that may affect blood glucose metabolism, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction (including hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism), adrenal related diseases (such as Cushing's syndrome), pituitary related diseases (such as prolactinoma and growth hormone tumor), polycystic ovary syndrome ; 4. With infectious diseases such as AIDS, tuberculosis and so on; 5. With immune system diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus); 6. With diseases affecting the digestion and absorption of nutrients or taking related drugs.
