Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with heart failure according to the Framingham criteria; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Diagnosis of heart failure established for >= 6 months; 4. Availability of baseline electronic health record (EHR) data; 5. Voluntary participation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Key EHR data variables missing >30%; 2. Inability to communicate with the researcher.
