Interventions

Nasal mask group:Use a standard nasal mask, with the oxygen flow set at 5 L/min.
Nasal cannula group:Use a standard double-prong nasal cannula with an oxygen flow rate set to 5 L/min.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 18-70 years old; 2. Obesity (body mass index >= 28 kg/m^2); 3. Planned sedation gastroscopy examination; 4. Sign the informed consent form; 5 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification <= Grade II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction or tendency towards nosebleeds; 2. Diagnosed with heart disease (heart failure, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, etc.); 3. Lung diseases (asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary bullae, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema, lung cancer, etc.) and upper respiratory tract infections; 4. Pregnant women; 5. Suffering from liver or kidney diseases; 6. Emergency surgeries or procedures; 7. Increased intracranial pressure and multiple injuries; 8. Does not agree to participate in this experiment; 9. Individuals without civil capacity; 10. Pairs of drugs used in the study are allergic.
