Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) At least two regular dialysis sessions per week, with a duration of more than 3 months; (2) Indications for parathyroidectomy (PTX) in renal-related secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT): patients with severe secondary hyperparathyroidism, whose serum intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH) level remains above 800 pg/mL and is unresponsive to drug treatment; patients with severe clinical symptoms such as intractable pruritus, fatigue, bone pain, ectopic calcification, erythropoietin-resistant anemia, and dilated cardiomyopathy; patients with severe osteoporosis and skeletal deformities detected through preoperative imaging; (3) Preoperative ultrasound showing multiple parathyroid glands with a diameter =1 cm and rich blood flow; (4) Successful surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of other severe diseases or complications; (2) Poor treatment compliance; (3) Patients with poor ultrasound image quality
