Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Spontaneous aSAH confirmed by head CT examination or lumbar puncture at admission 2. The presence of intracranial aneurysms was confirmed by CT angiography (CTA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examination or surgery 3. During the hospitalization in our hospital, craniotomy, clipping or interventional embolization treatment was received
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with intracranial hemorrhage caused by other reasons (such as hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, vascular malformations, tumor stroke) 2. Patients with a history of aSAH or other serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases 3. Patients with incomplete clinical data
