Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 5 ~10 years old; 2.American College of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I- Grade II; 3.Children undergoing elective operation under general anesthesia under tracheal intubation; 4.The guardian of the child signs the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.10 years old; 2.ASA classification level; 3.The child had a history of allergy to the experimental drug; 4.Serious systemic diseases, such as poorly controlled hypertension, epilepsy, bradycardia, heart block, heart failure, liver failure, mental illness, sepsis or systemic infection, neurological disease, asthma, chronic cough, upper respiratory infection, etc. 5.Recent use of analgesic sedative drugs drug abuse or history of chronic pain; 6.History of adrenocortical insufficiency; 7.The children and their guardians declined to participate in the study;
