Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered nurse with valid practising certificate; 2.More than 1 year in the current hospital (ensure familiarity with the current working environment); 3.The daily work includes health education for patients and their families; 4.Have good understanding and language skills; 5.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nurses who were not on duty during the interview, such as maternity leave, sick leave, etc. 2.Interview interruption caused by nurse's emotional excitement during interview.
