50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=50 years; 2. Patients receiving TAVR or SAVR treatment; 3. Patients with an average pulmonary artery pressure of 20-24 mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other concurrent heart diseases or valvular diseases; 2. Patients who have undergone other cardiovascular surgeries at the same time; 3. Patients with a left ventricular ejection fraction below 20%; 4. Patients who have had a myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction within the past month; 5. Patients with abnormal liver or kidney function; 6. Patients with preoperative sepsis; 7. Patients with surgical failure or significant complications, such as paravalvular leak, valve obstruction, or vascular blockage during bypass surgery; 8. Patients with malignant tumors; 9. Patients with more than 20% missing data.
