Postpartum depression

Interventions

Intervention group:Intervention group: Received a six-week cognitive behavioral intervention and health education based on a mobile application. Participants were required to download the "Postpartum
Module 2: Health Education
Module 3: Follow-up Assessment. Control group (regular care group): Compared to the intervention group, the control group did not complete the cognitive behavioral intervention course module. However,
control group:All participants will undergo a total of three assessment follow-ups at baseline, after the intervention ends.

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) having established a perinatal healthcare record at a community health service center; 2) within one year postpartum; 3) having propensity for PPD: Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) score >= 9 and not diagnosed with PPD by a psychiatrist; 4) owning a smartphone and being able to independently perform basic operations on the mobile App.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) having a history of severe mental illness; 2) having a history of brain injury, intellectual disability, or cognitive impairment; 3) participated in other psychological intervention programs.
