60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with COPD meeting the diagnostic criteria outlined in the 2024 Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (GOLD) Guidelines; (2) Age >= 60 years; (3) Frailty Risk Assessment (FRAIL) score >= 3 points; (4) Be conscious, communicate effectively, and possess full cognitive and behavioral capacity; (5) Have an estimated hospitalization duration of >=7 days as assessed by the attending physician; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; (7) Not be enrolled in any other exercise intervention program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with neurological or joint disorders affecting mobility or with contraindications to exercise; (2) Patients with upper or lower limb disabilities unable to exercise or undergo muscle strength testing; (3) Patients with severe comorbidities such as cardiovascular, metabolic, or renal diseases, or unstable vital signs, unable to tolerate exercise; (4) Patients previously enrolled in the study who improved following treatment and were discharged, but subsequently readmitted.
