Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-80 years; 2.ASA I-III; 3.Scheduled for knee arthroplasty with GA+femoral/tibial nerve blocks;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal or inability to provide informed consent; 2. Unable to cooperate to complete the research plan; 3. Inability to comply with the study protocol Pregnancy, postpartum status, or positive urine pregnancy test; 4. Peripheral vascular disease; 5. Diabetes mellitus; 6. Long-term use of painkillers; 7. Use alpha and/or beta receptor blockers. 8. Neurological dysfunction; 9. Contraindications for sciatic nerve and tibial nerve block include abnormal coagulation function, infection at the puncture site, or mental illness, among others, where cooperation is not possible; 10. Patients allergic to anesthetics;
