Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.colonoscopy examination, 18-70 years. 2.regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.colonoscopy without sedation; 2.cases of Sigmoidoscopy; 3.cases with water-assisted colonoscopy; 4.cases with transparent cap assisted colonoscopy; 5.cases with a history of colorectal surgery; 6.cases with a history of abdominal, and/or pelvic surgery; 7.cases with a history of difficult colonoscopies; 8.obese cases (body mass index (BMi) > 30.0 kg/m^2) or underweight cases (BMi 0; 10.cases with air insufflation level of M or L; 11.cases refusing participation;
