Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >= 60 years old; T2DM duration >= 6 months; Signatory of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 and other types of diabetes patients; T2DM duration<6 months; Individuals who are unable to communicate effectively through language; Refuse to sign informed consent form.
