Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for primary ovarian cancer specified in the CSCO Clinical Practice Guidelines for Ovarian Cancer (2019) and be confirmed by pathological examination; 2.Age >=60; 3.Sign the informed consent form; 4.The expected survival life is more than 6 months; 5.Scored >= 9 points on the Geriatric Frailty Assessment Scale ,and >= 1 point on the FRAI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Impairment of major organ function; 2.Patient communication barriers; 3.Coagulation disorders; 4.Malignant tumors at other sites.
