Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. MRA or CTA of the head and neck indicates chronic occlusion of the carotid artery, middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, basilar artery, bilateral vertebral arteries, or posterior cerebral artery (occlusion of any one artery is sufficient), and meets at least one of the following criteria: (1) Acute ischemic stroke/transient ischemic attack within 7 days of onset; (2) History of ischemic stroke related to the occluded artery within the past 12 months;3. The patient and their family are willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cerebral artery occlusion; 2. Cerebral artery occlusion caused by non atherosclerotic causes; 3. Unable to cooperate to complete the follow-up due to geographical or other reasons; 4. The patient also participated in other interventional clinical trials.
