Interventions

Control group:No exercise intervention or maintain a usual lifestyle
Morning exercise group:At least 60 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise (60-80% HRmax) three times a week for 12 months, between 8:00-11:00 AM, within 90 minutes after breakfast.
Evening exercise group:At least 60 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise (60-80% HRmax) three times a week for 12 months, between 6:00-9:00 PM, within 90 minutes after dinner.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Metabolically Healthy Obesity (MHO): 1. Obesity (BMI 28.0 ~ 45.0 kg/m²) 2. Normal metabolic indicators: (1) no history of abnormal glucose metabolism and hypoglycemic drugs in the past; FPG 8 hours per day); 4. Insufficient physical activity (According to IPAQ, = 6.1 mmol/L (110mg/dl); (2) 2hPG >= 7.8 mmol/L (140mg/dl); (3) diagnosed diabetes 2. Hypertension: (1) BP >= 140/90 mmHg; (2) taking antihypertensive drugs or diagnosed hypertension 3. Dyslipidemia: (1) TG >= 1.7 mmol/L; (2) HDL-C = 5.2 mmol/L; (4) LDL-C >= 3.4 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently enrolled in another weight loss program or have had a weight change in the past 3 months (>5% of current weight) 2. History of coronary heart disease / heart failure / arrhythmia 3. Regular exercise history 4. Other chronic or mental diseases 5. Musculoskeletal disorders 6. Family history of sudden cardiac death 7. High-risk rating on the Exercise Risk Rating Questionnaire (score >= 21) 8. Unable to perform exercise tests suggested by PAR-Q questionnaire 9. Malignant tumors 10. Severe heart, brain, kidney, retina, muscle and other important organs, tissue disease history. 11. Infectious diseases (HIV, hepatitis B or C (self-reported), or active tuberculosis) 12. Other diseases that the investigator considers inappropriate for enrollment 13. Pregnancy, breastfeeding period, or planned pregnancy. 14. Alcohol and drug abuse and smokers.
