Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >=18 years old 2 hours), ASA classification I-III 3. Informed consent form has been signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of intestinal disorders (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal obstruction, intestinal ischaemia) 2. History of severe hepatic or renal insufficiency 3. History of metabolic disorders (e.g., diabetic ketoacidosis) 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 5. Use of probiotic preparations or antibiotics within the past month
