CGM group:According to the CGM monitoring results, two consecutive measurement results exceeding 4.4-10.0mmol/L should be treated with glycemic or hypoglycemic treatment.
Rapid blood glucose meter set:Fingertip blood glucose was measured before and after operation on fasting and three meals in the morning. If the result exceeded 4.4-10.0mmol/L, glycemic or hypoglycemic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 3. Plan thoracoscopic surgery; 4. Actively cooperate with the treatment and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative fasting blood glucose > 10mmol/L, random blood glucose > 13.9mmol/L, HbA1c > 9%; 2. Preoperative coagulation dysfunction, intraoperative blood transfusion; 3. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney function injury; 4. Patients with extreme emaciation or edema; 5. Patients with depression or anxiety
