18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form or give extensive informed consent; 2. Age >=18 and under 70 years old; 3. Gender: No gender restrictions; 4. Patients who have been diagnosed as RA, OA combined with or without OP in accordance with the diagnosis and treatment guidelines; 5. Body mass index (BMI) less than 40 kg/m ^2; 6. Those with complete case data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of severe trauma within six months prior to initial visit, or history of hip or knee joint replacement surgery with prosthesis implantation. 2.Acute onset of arthritis, or infectious arthritis. 3.History of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological diseases; vestibular dysfunction; or cognitive impairment. 4.Presence of other rheumatic autoimmune diseases that may affect RA assessment, including but not limited to systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren’s syndrome, systemic sclerosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc. 5.Severe pulmonary diseases with other types of interstitial lung involvement, such as tuberculosis, lung cancer, or acute/chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). 6.Current or past history of malignant tumors. 7.Severe infections or serious infectious diseases such as syphilis or HIV. 8.Pregnancy or lactation. 9.Any other condition deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.

Whether patients with OA or RA have osteoporotic or brittle fractures;

;The time from diagnosis to the occurrence of osteoporosis or fragility fractures in patients with OA or RA;Whether OA and RA patients develop other complications, including but not limited to interstitial lung, cardiovascular diseases and kidney damage;
