Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for SSc: Research participants must meet all of the following inclusion criteria to be enrolled in this study: Patients diagnosed with SSc must meet the 2013 ACR/EULAR classification criteria. 2. Be able to provide informed consent. It is necessary to read and understand the informed consent form approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB)/ Ethics Review Board (ERB) of the research center and provide written informed consent. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: Study participants must meet all of the following inclusion criteria to be enrolled in this study: Healthy individuals without infectious, tumor-related, metabolic or genetic diseases; 2. Be able to provide informed consent. It is necessary to read and understand the informed consent form approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB)/ Ethics Review Board (ERB) of the research center and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for SSc patients: Those with any of the following characteristics/conditions will not be included in the study: 1. There has been active infection within the past 3 months, or major diseases such as tumors within the past 5 years, with a disease history that may affect antibody testing; 2. Overlap with other autoimmune diseases; 3. Patients who are unable to understand or sign informed consent; Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: Those with any of the following characteristics/conditions will not be included in the study: 1. There are infectious, neoplastic, metabolic, genetic and other diseases, or conditions that may affect antibody detection; 2. Patients who are unable to understand or sign informed consent;
