Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatients who underwent surgery between July 2015 and February 2023. 2. Patients who had at least one blood bile acid test both before surgery and within 7 days after surgery. 3. For patients who underwent multiple surgeries during one hospitalization, only the information related to the first surgery will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with preoperative liver insufficiency or those who underwent liver puncture for diagnosis. 2. Children with complex conditions who underwent central venous intubation. 3. Those who did not have a single blood bile acid test either before or after surgery.
