Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Elective unilateral lobectomy, segmentectomy, or wedge resection under video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) with general anesthesia; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I through III; 4.Signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS); 2.Patients with spinal fractures; 3.Patients with a confirmed or highly suspected pulmonary infection or respiratory failure before surgery; 4.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, cognitive impairment, or those unable to cooperate with positioning; 5.Pregnant women;
