Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with cirrhosis confirmed by imaging or pathology; clinical manifestations of portal hypertension with esophageal-gastric varices (primary prevention of bleeding, emergency bleeding, secondary prevention); indications for PSE or TIPS treatment; gender unrestricted, initial treatment patients aged between 18 and 75 years; informed consent obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone systemic treatment, including post-surgical or post-interventional shunt procedures, splenectomy; those with severe dysfunction of other organs; severe liver decompensation with an expected survival of less than 6 months; portal vein thrombosis; idiopathic portal hypertension; those who have used antibiotics or probiotic products within the past 4 weeks; any systemic malignancy; severe infection; overt hepatic encephalopathy; spontaneous bacterial peritonitis.
