Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with bladder cancer according to the 2020 National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) bladder Cancer guidelines; 2. Radical cystectomy + ureterodermostomy was performed, and the regular follow-up time was not less than 6 months; 3. Complete clinical medical records: including demographic data such as gender and age; 1.Laboratory examination: urine culture, urine routine, urine dry chemical analysis, quantitative urine sediment, pathogenic bacteria distribution data on the skin surface under the stoma and 5cm in front of the ureteral stent; 2.Stomato-related data: ureteral stent tube replacement time, whether antibiotics were used, stomato-bag replacement time interval, whether immunosuppressants were used, chemoradiotherapy, etc. 4. Patients or family members give informed consent and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other types of ostomy; 2. have cognitive or communication disorders or serious mental illness; 3. Long-term users of steroids and immunosuppressants or patients with infections outside the urinary system or who have received antibiotics in the past 14 days. (4) Suffering from other cancers or serious diseases, secondary or primary infections.
