Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for tuberculosis and has received initial anti-tuberculosis drug treatment for less than 1 month; 2. According to the 2025 World Health Organization guidelines, the anti-tuberculosis drug regimen: new treatment 2HRZE/4HR, retreatment 3HRZE/6HRE; 3. For drug-resistant tuberculosis, an individualized anti-tuberculosis drug treatment regimen is formulated according to World Health Organization guidelines.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, pregnancy, severe kidney or liver disease, infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus, or hepatitis C virus, bone marrow suppression, mental or psychological disorders, cognitive dysfunction, literacy problems, and those over 80 years old were excluded from this study; 2. All participating patients were fully informed and gave their consent to participate in this study.
