Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children who require surgery under general anesthesia at the Pediatric Research Institute, including general surgery, urology, neonatal surgery, orthopedics, and other surgeries; 2.Parents sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents refuse to participate in observation; 2. History of allergy to ultrasound coupling agents; 3. Substernal deformity affecting ultrasound examination; 4. Gastrointestinal malformations; 5. Use of drugs affecting gastric motility within the past 24 hours; 6. Unknown fasting or water restriction time; 7. Conditions that inherently affect gastric capacity.
