General anesthesia prone position surgery

Interventions

Lidocaine group:Administer a loading dose of 1.5 mg/kg lidocaine within 10 minutes after induction of general anesthesia, followed by continuous infusion at 2 mg/kg·h.
Blank control group:Pump injection with an equal volume of normal saline in the lidocaine group

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–70 years; 2. ASA physical status classification I–II; 3. BMI: 18.5–28 kg/m²; 4. ARISCAT score < 26 points; 5. No gender restrictions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiac conduction system abnormalities and other severe arrhythmias. 2. Patients with congestive heart failure or left ventricular dysfunction. 3. Patients allergic to amide-type local anesthetics. 4. Patients with severe cardiac, cerebral, hepatic, renal, or neurological disorders. 5. Patients and their families who refuse to participate in the trial.
