Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The anomalous left coronary artery conforms to the diagnostic criteria for ALCAPA as outlined in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Surgical Treatment of Congenital Heart Disease" (Section XII: Congenital Coronary Artery Anomalies); 2. Presence of chronic myocardial ischemia symptoms, cardiac enlargement, and valvular insufficiency; 3. Requires surgical intervention; 4. Age 18 years or older, with no gender restriction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of concomitant congenital heart disease; 2. Lack of essential clinical data; 3. Absence of indications for surgical intervention; 4. Age below 18 years.
