Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages 6 to 18, regardless of gender; 2.Children undergoing elective surgery requiring oral tracheal intubation under general anesthesia; 3.ASA I - II; 4.Expected tracheal tube retention time > 2 hours; 5.Written informed consent was provided by the patient's parents or legal guardians or the patient themselves (>=8 years old).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with oropharyngeal or cervical deformities; 2.Children with a history of difficult airway surgery or expected difficult airway; 3.Patients with a history of respiratory tract disease within the past two weeks and accompanied by any of the following symptoms: sore throat, hoarseness, cough, or expectoration; 4.Children with a history of airway hyperresponsiveness diseases (such as asthma and other wheezing diseases); 5.Patients requiring surgery on the neck, larynx or oropharynx; 6.Patients requiring nasogastric or orogastric tubes; 7.Children requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation; 8.Systemic diseases and coagulation disorders; 9.Children with intellectual disabilities, mental disorders or other reasons that make it difficult to cooperate with the visit; 10.Patients allergic to lidocaine or chamomile-related components; 11.Patients who have participated in other studies within 30 days.
