Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with a single or multiple pulmonary nodules by lung CT; 2. Tumor diameter 5mm-30mm; 3. No previous history of other malignant tumors or autoimmune diseases; 4. No accompanied atelectasis, hilar lymphadenopathy, or pleural effusion; 5. Complete information can be collected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of tumors, autoimmune diseases, or active infections; 2. Inability or unwillingness to undergo imaging follow-up or biomarker collection; 3. Other situations deemed unsuitable for the study by the researcher.
