Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 0–18 years. 2.Pediatric patients scheduled for cardiac surgery requiring routine right internal jugular vein catheterization during the procedure; 3.Pediatric patients routinely monitored with TEE during surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Anatomical abnormalities of the neck and chest (such as short neck, pectus excavatum, or prior neck surgery); 2.Venous malformation; 3.Puncture site skin ulceration and infection; 4.Intravascular thrombus; 5.Coagulation disorder; 6.Patients with contraindications for esophageal ultrasound probe placement (including severe esophageal varices, esophageal bleeding, esophageal perforation, esophageal stricture, or severe esophageal inflammation, etc.);
