Age
65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age:65-80 years old; (2)ASA: II-III ; (3)18.5 kg/m^2<= BMI <30 kg/m^2; (4).Arthroscopic shoulder surgery is scheduled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Known hypersensitivity or contraindications to ropivacaine or its pharmaceutical components; (2) Presence of coagulation disorders; (3) Local infection at the site of nerve block puncture; (4) Severe hepatic, renal, cardiac, or pulmonary dysfunction; (5) Pre-existing diaphragmatic dysfunction; (6) Communication or cognitive impairments precluding cooperation during ultrasonography; (7) Chronic use of analgesics, sedatives, or antidepressants; (8) Limb paralysis due to sequelae of cerebral infarction.
