Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) who underwent R0 resection between January 2015 and December 2021; 2. Postoperative pathological confirmation of GIST, with immunohistochemical positivity for CD117 and/or DOG1; 3. Availability of complete follow-up data for a minimum duration of three years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Metastatic gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), confirmed by preoperative imaging or intraoperative findings; 2. Prior administration of targeted therapy or radiotherapy; 3. Concomitant diagnosis of other malignant neoplasms.
