12 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.It meets the diagnostic criteria for depression in the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision (ICD-10), including depressive episode and recurrent depressive disorder, and is jointly diagnosed by two psychiatric physicians with the professional title of attending physician or above. 2.Educational level: Primary school or above; 3.The patient has provided informed consent and voluntarily cooperates with this study. 4.Use selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or third-generation antidepressants. 5.Those with normal reading and writing abilities and no communication barriers;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Depression caused by organic lesions, and those with a history of other mental illnesses; 2.Those with a history of substance abuse or a clearly diagnosed severe physical illness; 3.Have received electroconvulsive therapy without convulsions (ECT) in the past month;
