Experimental group:Infliximab combined with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Powder induction therapy
Control group:Conventional infliximab induction therapy without combining any other interventions.

6 Years to 18 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 6-18 years old; 2. Newly diagnosed, untreated, colonic Crohn's disease patients; 3. Initial CDEIS >=3; 4. Using IFX as an induction therapy for remission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete endoscopic evaluation; 2. Patients who have not received an adequate dose of IFX.
