Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years, inclusive. 2. Admission to the Intensive Care Unit with a clinical indication for invasive arterial catheterization. 3. Provision of written informed consent by the patient or their legally authorized representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiac arrest patients 2.Pregnant or lactating women 3.Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction 4.Patients unwilling to receive arterial puncture 5.Patients with history of transradial artery interventional surgery or surgeries involving bilateral radial artery access 6.Patients without palpable pulse or with radial artery occlusion at the puncture site 7.Patients with infection at the puncture site
