Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Undergoing CABG and/or valve surgery under CPB; 3. Signing written informed consent and acknowledging the risks and benefits described in the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart transplant patients; 2. Patients undergoing a second open-heart surgery; 3. Patients who received mechanical circulatory support before surgery; 4. Patients with chronic renal dysfunction before surgery; 5. And other cases deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for enrollment.
