40 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 years or above; 2. Diagnosed with lower limb atherosclerotic occlusive disease and scheduled for elective surgery; 3. Having signed an informed consent form and voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fontaine classification stage IV, indicating severe ischaemic disease with ulceration or gangrene; 2. Patients who have previously undergone lower limb arterial endovascular intervention or bypass reconstruction surgery (including stenting, balloon angioplasty, bypass grafting, etc.); 3. Patients with contraindications to anticoagulation or antiplatelet therapy; 4. Presence of malignant disease or severe systemic illness; 5. Ineligibility for bioimpedance analysis, e.g., presence of metallic medical implants including cardiovascular stents, cardiac pacemakers, or artificial joint prostheses. 6. Patients with severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe cognitive impairment) who are unable to cooperate with the procedure; 7. Patients with communication difficulties, poor compliance, or unwillingness to cooperate with treatment and follow-up.
