Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. End stage knee osteoarthritis with simple involvement of the medial compartment; 2. The structure and function of knee joint ligaments are complete; 3. Inverted deformity is less than 15 °, flexion contracture deformity is less than 15 °, and inverted deformity can be corrected; 4. Preoperative completion of MRI and other imaging examinations; 5. 24 months of routine clinical follow-up have been completed and can be followed up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Combined knee joint infection and tumor; 3. Anterior cruciate ligament deficiency or insufficiency; 4. Patellofemoral joint degeneration; 5. Preoperative comorbidity of mental illness; 6. Poor compliance;
