Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Histologically or cytologically confirmed advanced (stage IIIB-IV) lung cancer; 3. ECOG performance status: 0-2; 4. Receiving EGFR-TKI treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving systemic hormone therapy or any other form of immunosuppressive therapy within 3 days prior to the first administration of EGFR-TKI; 2. Having active autoimmune disease requiring systemic treatment (e.g., disease-modifying drugs, corticosteroids, or immunosuppressants) within the past 2 years; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease.
