Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of chronic non-specific low back pain, below the 12th thoracic rib margin and under the gluteal fold, without intermittent or persistent lower limb pain for >= 3 months; 2. Age between 18-30 years, currently a student; 3. Dominant side is right; 4. Able to sit, stand, and walk without the use of assistive devices, and does not engage in regular exercise.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any specific pathology, such as disc herniation, spinal injury or surgical history, bone injury or fracture, neurological disorders, primary tumor, metastasis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, and cauda equina syndrome; 2. Low back pain during pregnancy, postpartum back pain, dysmenorrhea; 3. Use of other treatments or analgesics related to low back pain during the study period; 4. Cognitive impairment, aphasia, speech disorders; 5. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
