20 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Professional Master's degree holders undergoing integrated standardised residency training; 2. Specialising in fields other than orthopaedics; 3. First rotation in Bone and Joint Surgery; 4. Able to attend follow-up appointments punctually.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-specialist postgraduate students; 2. Specialising in orthopaedics; 3. Having previously rotated through bone and joint surgery; 4. Unable to attend follow-up appointments punctually.
