Intervention Group 1:1. Preoperative assessment of patients' cognitive function, emotional state, sleep quality, and pain status: Evaluated using the AD8 scale, PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSQI, and VAS for pain. 2

40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 40-65 years, scheduled for elective non-cardiac surgery; 2.ASA physical status classification of I-III; 3.Identified as high-risk for persistent postoperative cognitive deterioration based on a preoperative cognitive trajectory prediction model.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with an education level below elementary school or those with language communication barriers; 2.Patients with severe psychiatric disorders, previously diagnosed cognitive impairments, or hearing/expression disabilities.
