Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Cushing's disease diagnosed according to the above diagnostic criteria, including patients who have not relapsed and those who relapsed after cure; (2) Complete medical records and laboratory results before and after recurrence.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have been using exogenous adrenal glucocorticoids for a long time; (2) Patients with pseudocushing syndrome caused by long-term heavy alcohol consumption, depression, and obesity; (3) Non-ACTH-dependent Cushing syndrome and ectopic ACTH syndrome; (4) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction and organ functional impairment; (5) Patients whose clinical and key laboratory examination data are incomplete, whose case data is insufficient, and whose diagnosis is unclear.
