Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease (PD) according to the 2015 Movement Disorder Society (MDS) clinical diagnostic criteria; 2. Age between 50 and 80 years; 3. Presence of freezing of gait confirmed by the Freezing of Gait Questionnaire (FOG-Q); 4. PD staged as II–III according to the Hoehn-Yahr (H-Y) scale; 5. Ability to walk independently without any assistive devices; 6. Adequate hearing and vision (assessed by correct recall in the whisper test and visual acuity of 6/12 on the Snellen chart); 7. Stable medication dosage for at least 4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant cognitive impairment (Montreal Cognitive Assessment [MoCA] score < 26, or Mini-Mental State Examination [MMSE] score < 24); 2. Other conditions affecting gait (e.g., musculoskeletal disorders, visual impairment, vestibular dysfunction); 3. Severe orthostatic hypotension; 4. Exercise limitation lasting more than 2 minutes.
