Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: Over 18 years old, gender not limited; 2.Patients with primary squamous cell carcinoma confirmed by pathological diagnosis; 3.There is no previous history of radiotherapy or radical surgery; 4.The postoperative pathological report of the primary lesion specimen has undergone p16 immunohistochemical detection; 5.The tumor occurred in the oral cavity and oropharynx.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who are unable to obtain complete clinical data required for the research; 2.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3.People with mental or intellectual disabilities.
