Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 60 years; (2) Rural household registration with long-term residence in rural areas (>= 1 year); (3) Clear consciousness, normal verbal communication ability, and capacity for effective communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe physical illness resulting in significant limitations in activities of daily living; (2) Cognitive impairment confirmed by a brief mental status examination or history of psychiatric disorders; (3) Severe visual, auditory, or speech impairments preventing fluent communication.
