Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–80 years 2. Chest CT-confirmed pulmonary bullae (diameter =3 cm or occupying =20% of unilateral pleural cavity), meeting criteria for surgical or interventional treatment 3. Patients who comply with discharge instructions and attend follow-up appointments at our hospital at 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years post-surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent pulmonary conditions such as lung cancer or tuberculosis; 2. Severe cardiac, hepatic or renal insufficiency; prior history of pulmonary surgery; 3. Patients who failed to attend follow-up appointments at our hospital at 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or 3 years post-discharge as per discharge instructions.
