Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalization in the target department >=24 hours during the study period ; 2.Complete records of antimicrobial drug use information ( drug name, dosage, course of treatment ) in medical records ; 3.The admission time was in the pre- / post-policy observation period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Missing key information of medical records >= 20 % ( such as diagnosis and medication records ) ; 2.End-stage patients ( expected survival < 72h ) ; 3.The same patient was admitted to hospital before the policy and discharged after the policy.
